📝 Step 1: Access the AI Bots Menu
- After installing the External Chatbot extension, log in to your Lunify account.
- In the left‑hand menu, you’ll now see an item called AI Bots.
- Click AI Bots to open the management page.
- Here you can create new bots, view chat history, and manage existing bots.

- On the AI Bots page, click the Add New Chatbot button.
- This will open the chatbot creation panel where you’ll define its name, behavior, and settings.
